RICE BRAN LECITHIN

Rice bran lecithin is a mixture of phospholipids which is obtained as a by-product during the refining of rice bran oil.

Rice bran Lecithin is completely natural as it non -Genetically Modified (non- GM). Rice Lecithin has substantial micronutrients like Oryzanol, Tocopherols, Tocotrienols, Sitosterols etc. The emulsifying power is also much superior to other lecithins.
